Are there toilet facilities?
In just under a minute, the Dinner in the Sky™ platform can be lowered to the ground for quick and easy access to restrooms.

What type of venue is permitted?
Though options are many and varied, your venue must meet the following requirements:
Event location of 30 x 15 Metres, accessible for both crane and truck with trailer.
90 Metres of steel barriers to secure the area for Dinner in the Sky™.
Altitude Concepts can provide multiple venue suggestions tailored to your event.

Who provides the catering?
Catering is not provided by Dinner in the Sky™, giving you the freedom to select a preferred caterer or style, depending on your budget, taste and the scope of your event.

How many chefs can cook inside the platform table?
There is room for up to four chefs or staff in the middle of the platform table.

Can chefs cook using an open fire?
The only heat source permitted for cooking purposes is an induction stove that may be chosen as an option with the Dinner in the Sky™ platform.

What kind of food can be served on the table?
As long as the food can be prepared according to allowable kitchen equipment, the menu is entirely up to you. From cocktails and tapas to five-course meals, once again, the sky’s the limit!

Seating

How many guests can sit around the table?
Dinner in the Sky™ can seat a maximum of 22 people per session.

How many sessions can you organise per 8-hour reservation?
The ideal Dinner in the Sky™ session takes one hour, allowing up to 7 sessions per day.
However, shorter, half-hour sessions may also be arranged for simple tastings or cocktails, as well as longer, 2-hours or more sessions.

What is the minimum age to attend Dinner in the Sky™?
The only personal requirement for attending Dinner in the Sky™ is a minimum height of 4“9 in order to be safely secured in your seat.

Weather

What happens in the event of bad weather?
You may purchase weather insurance at 10% of your total budget that covers you for cancellation due to bad weather. However, events are still possible even in light rain or snow, thanks to the platform roof that shelters the entire platform.

What kind of insurance do you have in place?
Dinner in the Sky™ operates with a $10 million liability insurance.
