Each visit to Dinner in the Sky requires a window of approximately (3) hours. The event takes place over (3) stages:

Arrival at the VIP tent...

• At th Sky Lounge counter:
• Distribution of VIP identifications
• Receive your coupon for participation in our Prize Draw (exclusive to our visitors)
• Welcome Cocktail
• Welcome speech and official presentation
• Presentation on the concept, construction and origins of Dinner in the Sky
• Menu presentation by the head chef
• Presentation by the sommelier on the wine pairings, Champagne selection, and the other drinks offered with the menu
• Presentation of the gift bag contents -, courtesy of our partners
• 1st course – Appetizers
• Stop at the safety deposit boxes to set aside all personal items at risk of being dropped (e.g.*: cell phones, purses, valuables, hats, etc.)
• Courtesy reminder visit to the bathroom before the lift
• Now it's time for Dinner in th Sky!

Haute Cuisine !

• Installation of guests at the table and adjustment of the 6 point safety harnesses
• Count down, lift off, and Champagne for everyone!
• 2nd course – served under a silver plate cloche
• Preparation and service of 3rd and 4th course
• Wine pairings
• Descent and return to solid ground!

Finale with a dessert cocktail at the Partner Lounge

• 5th course – Tray of Petit Fours and digestives
• Enjoy our coffee bar
• Distribution of the Gift Bag – courtesy of our partners
• Goodbye and see you again!
