Executive Chef of PRIMAVERA catering and Auberge St-Gabriel, is a true gourmet who likes to share his passion for fine food. He made his culinary mark at several renown establishments, such as the Gray Rocks Resort, the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, the Inter-Continental Hotel, restaurant LeBlanc and Chateau Bromont. He has been a co-owner of PRIMAVERA catering for more than 3 years.
